On the first day at Forbes we drove all the way to Weethalle to see the Silo and it was a long drive. The Silo is famous for the art that they did on it. This Silo was painted in 2017 by Heesco Khosnaran, the painting was a barn and there was a shearer and another person gathering wheat. The colours were bright and there were many pigeons on the roof. We brought our dogs with us on the trip around Austraila one is called lola and my other dog Tai got a photo with the Silo.

On the way back we stopped at a town called West Wyolong, we spotted an op shop and went inside to look for books to read. My brothers found books and I found a little fishing net that I lost. We went back home and slept Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz...

On the second day we went to Parkes to see the dish. At the vistor center they had activites for us to do, first we did the slide about Mars, Telecope, and Bigger Than Big. We went outside to see the real dish, It was gigantic and it moved while we were there. On the way out I got a souvenir coin. We came back to the caravan, played some games with sticks, had a shower and went to bed Zzzzzzz

On the last day we met Fred and Kathy, they had two dogs, one was called Coco and the other Scruffy, they lived on a large property they have chickens, a veggie patch, a river that runs past their house. Kathy was very kind and gave us fresh eggs, fruit, home made sausages, books, and a very yummy home made fig and cherry jam. She told us about a local orchard were we could get fresh white plums, nectarines and peaches that were lovely. We got them in the morning before we left Forbes and they were delicious.
