Toowomba, a town in Queensland - Josh

Nindigully

On our way to Nindigully we spotted some dead animals (road kill), we also saw some big birds like kites. We made a quick stop at a town called Thallon only to take photos of the silo then we went back in the car again.

When we got to Nindigully there were over 1 million flies, it was crazy. We walked over to the pub, it was pretty good pub, it was decorated with cowboy hats, dead animals and newspaper clippings of their famous burger.

We walked back to the caravan and we were thinking about staying only one night at Nindigully because the were too many flies. The pub is known for its gigantic burger called the "road train burger" It could feed up to 1 to 4 people and the meat paddie its self was 1.2 kg. The burger was the size of a chair, it was really big. Because we are vegetarians we could not have the burger so we had a a cheese pizza instead. After we had showers then we went to bed.

The next morning my brother Raf was having pains in his stomach so we quickly packed then we left to Toowoomba so we could take him to the hospital.

Toowomba

We came to Toowoomba because Raf was sick so we stayed at the Showgrounds opposite a lake that had turtles, ducks and geese, mum took Raf to the hospital the day after we arrived.

On the day we got there we unpacked the caravan then had some bread rolls for lunch and once we were ready we got back in the car and checked out the town. The town was like every other town, it had a library, police station, hospital and beautiful garden. We had a picnic at the garden and saw sunflowers and hedges that they had made into a train, Thomas the tank engine.

Two days later my dog Lola was limping so we took her for a walk just to check her walking and see if she was still limping so we took her to the vet the next day.

At the vet Raf spotted the kids corner and started building lego while me and Noah were playing on the phone, mum and dad were inside with Lola, it was a long time until they came out. When they came the told us that the vet could fix her leg but it will cost $3000 and that is a lot of money so we bought a cream instead to put on her leg every day so it gets better.

The next day we went to the library, did some homework, played some roblox then came back to the showgrounds. After a while I decided to fly my kite so I went up the hill and started... 3 HOURS LATER I was still flying the kite.

Then we all went shopping for groceries, had lunch then left, went back to the showgrounds, played catch with my family then mum started making dinner, after dinner we went to bed.

The next day I was going to play with my kite but then it started raining so i tried making a fun base inside the caravan using pillows and sleeping bags and boggi boards. Raf and I built the first base inside, so we played some games and ate cookies.

We had lunch, after lunch we had to move our caravan because the power cord couldn't reach the power point. Even after the caravan moved our base was still standing, yay! We played a little longer before we had to destroy it because mum could not cook with all the stuff on the floor. We had dinner then we went to bed.
