Townsville - Raf

We arrived at Townsville in the evening and mum had a friend called Nicole and her dog Bertie.

We had planned to park the van inside her house, but it was too big and did not fit so we parked the caravan outside and Nicole said we could sleep in her house. Nicole had prepared a BBQ for us and said we should try to barbeque pineapple, so we did, and it was yummy. After we went to bed and slept comfortably on a mattress.

Early in the morning mum and Nicole took Bertie for a walk to Castle Hill we didn’t go but later in the day we went as a family together to Castle Hill.

Right on the top there is a look out to see the whole town and magnetic island we really enjoyed that.

After that were hungry and went back to town, had waffles with ice-cream then we walked down to the beach. At the beach we saw a waterpark, containers that have being decorated and magnetic island.

At the beach we played a game of tag, I lost of course then we read about Jelly fish, the most dangerous one is called Irukangi.

We went back to Nicole’s house and did some blog and I went to bed. Townsville was a nice and beautiful place that I enjoyed.
