Lowood - Raf

Yep it is here finally we were in the showgrounds. It was very big for a showground and it was the best, it was good for chase games and hide and seek. So, we played chase games and hide and seek. It was super fun Noah chased us then Josh chased us then I chased then for 2 hours we were burning a lot of energy. An hour later we met our neighbour they were nice, his name was Rohan.

They were called Rohan and Yui, they had just bought a sail boat and they offered to take us on the boat. The next day in the morning my brothers and I had a pillow fight I won Noah came second Josh came last we had breakfast then we went for a morning walk.

Good Friday

We arrived at Lowood at Easter. On Friday we had hot cross buns and fish, the fish was very tasty. I love Good Friday I love the fish and Jesus. Good Friday is a time when we think about Jesus and what he did for us. On Easter Sunday my family and I went to the Cristian church. At the church we met Steve and Amy and Bella, they invited us to camp at their place.

After staying at Lowood, we went to Steve’s house, we stayed there for a week and loved it. They had a quad bike, a tree house and Amy cooked nice food. I played with Bella and bikes around there house.

COMMONWEALTH GAMES

On Friday mum took us to see the commonwealth games. We went to the Gold Coast, we watched track and field which is javelin, running and jumping. I go for Australia.

The Commonwealth Games is an international multi-sport event involving athletes from the Commonwealth of Nations. The event was first held in 1930 and has taken place every

four years since then. I like the swimming because you’re not sweaty, you’re not hot and you’re having fun.

After the commonwealth games we took a bus and it took us to Surfers Paradise. We didn’t have our swimming costume, but we still jumped in. There were big waves and my brothers and I had a lot of fun.
